Do you ever have customers call you looking for ladders that have been featured on QVC or a national infomercial, such as The Little Giant Ladder or The Little Jumbo? Bauer Corporation does not handle this item, but our sister company Ladder Man does! Contact Ladder Man at 800-783-8887 for more information or to order a display model.
MY CUSTOMER JUST REALLY WANTS A CHEAP LADDER.
Some customers do have a need for essentially disposable (but still safe!) ladders. Due to customer returns and cancellations, Bauer has an ever-changing stock of 2nds and refurbished ladders. These may be discontinued product, built from Fibermark rail, or have minor cosmetic blemishes, such as scuffs or scrapes on the rails. Some are ladders that were damaged during outbound shipment and have been refurbished to our usual high standard of safety, but cannot be sold as new. If you need a good deal for a customer, please contact Bauer Corporation via email at custome...@ladder.com and request seconds inventory on the size and type of ladder you need. (E.g.: “I need a 10 foot stepladder. Can you give me inventory and cost on seconds or refurbs?)
