What I am doing is a 2 second lift and lower cycle at a high number of
reps for what I hope will be a net improvement of strength without
bulking up a lot. Weight added is a cyclists enemy, after all.
Besides, to hit my amended goal of 170, I still have 47 pounds to go!
ps: One thing I have definitely noticed doing this technique, there is
sure a lot of lactic acid buildup during the routine! The muscle burn
is very intense! The endorphin release after is equally so!
