(Create a team bonding item to wear during tournament. Keep in mind the rules do not allow jewelry or anything metal. Hair bands with ribbons are great.)

(Something light not heavy for them to eat during lunch (keep simple and non spicy). What has worked well is bring the sliced meat and fixings so the girls can make their own.)
