Hey Team. The Palmer’s are not going to be at this tournament because we have a family reunion we have to go to. I will be out of the pocket and will not be able to send out reminders for the tournament. I will check my E-mail periodically and forward what I see. Please be proactive and support our girls by signing up early to bring something for them.

(Create a team bonding item to wear during tournament. Keep in mind the rules do not allow jewelry or anything metal. Hair bands with ribbons are great.)

Fruit - snack all day
(A mixture of cut up fruit for snaking on during the morning.)

Lunch - Sandwiches
(Something light not heavy for them to eat during lunch (keep simple and non spicy). What has worked well is bring the sliced meat and fixings so the girls can make their own.)

Larry, we will miss you! Could u send me our coach's email address? I've emailed her a couple times but have not heard back, want to be sure I have it right. We are out of town until after Christmas. Do we have practice next week? Thanks! Jeana Rogers
