Thank you for volunteering as team mom/dad for you daughters team. Attached you will find your team contact list with names and email addresses.  

 

12 National- Emily Bentley and Nicole Smith

13 National- Beth Parr

15 National- Margaret Ledergerber

15 Blue- Emily Rogers

16 National- Debbie Fernandez and Rachel Wright

17 National- Mr. and Mr. Palmer

Margaret, Beth P, The Palmers, Emily B/Nicole S were all team moms last year. If you need any advice on what to do. I'm sure they will be more than happy to help.

 

 

TEAM MOM/DAD DUTIES

·         Organizing a food rotation schedule for local tournaments.

·         Obtaining tournament information such as scores and submitting photos for publication on the Club web site.

·         Coordinating communications from coaches, and providing information to team members and parents about changes practices, tournament schedules, arrival times.etc.

·         Maintaining a complete address/telephone list.

·         Organizing the end of the season team party.

·         Send out reminder emails for tournament and /or events.
