This is a reminder that if you have not booked your room for this tournament that you need to do so quickly. We were only able to block a limited number of rooms and once those rooms are filled there will be no more available at this location. These rooms will be filled on a first come basis so if you do not get your room booked you will be responsible for making your hotel accommodations. Just in case you were not aware we were only able to get King or Queen Rooms (1 King or Queen bed with a sleeper sofa). We know some of you may be rooming together so that may help, if so please email us those who are staying together so we can pass that information along to the coaches and enter the correct information into our required Housing Forms that we are required to submit to the tournament director. Also you do not have to stay with the team if you have reward points where you can stay , friends or family, etc. that may be able to accommodate you. However if you do not stay with the team you are still required to make all team meetings and functions required of the coach. 

 

Also as an added note: Unless you a plan on doing any sightseeing outside the city or need transportation to see friends, family, etc. , you will not need to rent a vehicle. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. We are only 5 blocks from the convention center which is where we will be playing, 1 1/2 blocks from 16th street which has just about every eating venue you need along with retail shops, movie theaters, nightclubs, etc.

Our suggestion is you take Super Shuttle or a Cab to the hotel and back to the airport. That will save you the expense of renting a vehicle and then paying to park it at the hotel.
