Elevators LP authenticity

Anybody got an opinion as to whether this particular copy of the first Elevators LP is authentic or not? Its got the hallmarks of the 1979 reissue (that much I know) but its missing the rear cover artwork, has ridged labels and comes in a thin card cover (ie: unlike most US or Canadian covers of the same era). Any feedback appreciated. Thanks!!
