Job Title: Senior Business Analyst 

Location: San Jose, CA 

Duration: 12 months contract 

Job Description

MUST HAVE: 

IT is not IT role. It's Sr. BA role working with Business and IT 

Total 8-10 years of experience working as Sr. Business Analyst with a background in working with Stakeholders, presentation and extensive client interaction. 

Must have extensive working experience with the business to gather requirements and develop business requirements documentation. 

Hands-on experience in multiple phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, controls implementation, and testing 

Attestation framework design and implementation 

Knowledge in BI tools and data Analysis. Should use BI tools to create reports. 

Must have extensive experience working with IT 

Additional Details: 

•Resolves conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation. 

•Willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunction, and then facilitate quick resolution. 

•Provides metrics & status to Sr. management and represents true status of team 

•Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos & Team Retrospective 

Preferred 

Previous Cisco Systems Experience
