Position: Java Developer

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description

Application development using one or more of the following:

•Java/J2EE, JavaScript and/or Enterprise Java solutions

•Java frameworks, including Spring  and Hibernate is highly desirable

•Web Application hosting on Tomcat or with any other Application servers

•Experience in Oracle database and writing SQL/ PL SQL and ORM tools like Hibernate

•Apache Camel, Spring Integration

Experience in one or more of the following tools, architecture /  technologies:

•Eclipse IDE, IntelliJ

•Jira, SharePoint

•Microservices architecture using RESTful or SOAP Web Services

•(JSON/WSDL/XML)

•Multi-tiered infrastructure including load balancers, databases, apache, application servers etc.

•Experience in JUnit/Cucumber is a plus

•Knowledge of Object-Oriented (OO) Design and Analysis

•Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture, particularly for Azure, AWS is a must

•Experience with Linux, virtualized environments, shell scripting is a plus

•Exposure to continuous integration/build technologies such as Jenkins, Bamboo is a plus

•Object-oriented architecture, programming and programming methods required

Skill Set:

Java

Microservices architecture using RESTful or SOAP Web Services

Spring Boot

Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, JIRA, GIT, Bit Bucket).
