Test with Debugger crashes VS2008

Every time I try to Test With Debugger, VS2008 crashes. Does anyone
know what I can do to fix or work around this?

TD.NET 2.22.2468 and 2.23.2497 (I've tried both).
xUnit 1.5
VS2008 SP1
Windows 7 x64.

Hi Stu,

Have you by any chance installed (or uninstalled) InstallAware
recently? There have been a number of instances where this has damaged
Visual Studio and stopped TestDriven.Net from working.

Could you try doing a Repair/Reinstall of Visual Studio using
'Add/Remove Programs'. This takes a while, but it will often fix any
corrupted components.
