Managing Workplace Complaints and Employee Concerns

Instructors: Tomi Rogers, IPS Human Resources & Operations Manager; Kimberly Henry, CTAS Training Consultant

This in-person training builds confidence and practical skills for handling employee concerns fairly and professionally. Participants learn how to assess complaints, conduct interviews, evaluate information, and document findings using real county scenarios and hands-on activities. Ideal for supervisors, HR staff, and department leaders.

Understanding Garrity Rights 

Instructor: Clint Shrum, CTAS Criminal Justice Consultant

This course examines Garrity rights, case law, and Tennessee applications to support lawful administrative investigations, protect employee rights, and maintain constitutional policing standards.
