Chief Charles Carter (Retired - Millington FD), former Midsouth Fire Chiefs Association Member and former President of the Tennessee Fire Chiefs Association passed away January 1. His wife, Linda, had posted the day before that they moved him to hospice as his cancer had come back. The following are his funeral arrangements.
