Good afternoon. I wanted to take a minute and send a reminder of the upcoming March 1st deadline for Education Incentive Pay submissions. I am including a link to the Request Form for convenience in case anyone is still needing the link. For those of you that have already submitted your documentation, I am working diligently to get all of the submissions processed. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Also, if you know of any departments that are participating in EIP and aren’t on this email, please feel free to pass the information along!

Good afternoon. As we approach the submission period for the 2024 EIP payout, I wanted to reach out to relay some important information and share a quick “checklist” that I’ve put together. My hope is that the checklist will assist you in compiling all necessary documentation so that everything is submitted accurately before the March 1, 2025 deadline.
Training Verification Spreadsheet:
I’m sure that many of you have already started compiling information for the Training Verification spreadsheet that is required. There have been some revisions made to this form since last submission period. Please ensure that you are using the current version of the form because we will have to reject any submissions that are on the old version. I have attached a copy of the revised version to this email for your convenience. The Training Verification spreadsheet will need to be uploaded into ACADIS after January 1, 2025.
***Please make sure that you only list the volunteers that meet the 3 year benchmark requirements.***
In-Service Training:
Training completed during 2024 can be submitted now through the portal for approval. For any individual that will have a substitution, that can also be submitted now for approval.
