For Municipal Elected Officials and Stormwater Program Managers. Hosted by MTAS and TDEC, this session will provide information on the MTAS Model Ordinance for Tennessee’s latest Phase II Permit. The comprehensive ordinance addresses permit compliance as well as municipal drainage concerns.
