Our leadership team consists of EMS, paramedics, firefighters, and law enforcement. Two of our event coordinators are Cody Reagan with Cumberland County EMS and Daniel Coleman with Fentress County EMS.
This is a free, one-day event focused on practical resilience, mental health, and long-term sustainability in the field.
Your team will hear from nationally recognized speakers, like retired Anaheim firefighter/paramedic Matthew "Matty" Fiorenza and Tennessee's Dr. Derrick Edwards, they will take part in a training block, and view the nationally recognized documentary PTSD-911 with a guided discussion. In fact, the PTSD-911 screenings with guided discussion with the filmmaker have been held specifically for First Responders in nearly 100 cities across the country and we hope you will join us for this amazing one day summit.

This is a simple way to invest in your people whether they need support, want to stay proactive, or are looking to strengthen others on their team by showing support and opening conversation.
Finally, we established Serve Strong:Corban Scott Goad Memorial Foundation, three years ago, after we lost our son Corban in a tragic accident. Our son worked for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s department, but that is not why we founded Serve Strong.
We created Serve Strong as a direct result of the compassion and professionalism shown to us by all first responders in the midst of our own traumatic experience.
That experience helped us understand the reality that First Responders deal with trauma regularly. This reality now drives us to help First Responders in ways they identify for us regularly. This is just one way we are trying to meet those needs.
Let me know if you'd like help coordinating a group or if we can help in any way.
Gratefully,
Chester Goad
