Problem with SOLO matching

Hello,
I have a problem with matching in solo game. I play North America server and I am currently platinum I in solo. It impossible get a game, I have been waiting 1,2,3... hours and no game. Doesn't matter what time I am playing. I play from Canada, usually afternoon or night, late night and same result. No game after trying matching for hours. Sometimes I got a game, but its really almost impossible and it took extremely long time. When I was lower rank I got game after a couple second or minutes but when I reach platinum 2, it started be impossible play solo game. When I switched to Europe server or something else (im bronze, I play only NA) I got game without waiting. Squad games are ok, I do not have problem with squad at all, I am crown now.

Does anyone same problem with matching in solo whit higher rank? Is there a way how to fix that ? I don't want to wait hours for a game and don't even get a match.

Haven't had any issue with matchmaking as of now. The only difference is that if you're teaming up with mobile user, matchmaking will be just a little longer, say about a minute waiting time. Sometimes faster.

So yeah, i can only suggest you cancel matchmake and re-try. If not Restart gaming buddy. Thats the only solution i can think of since I've never encounter 0 match in an hour of matchmaking

I should say I am playing on PC with the emulator. I didn't have any problem until I reach platinum rank, now I have to retry matching (its just for 20min and then you have to press start again)...This I am doing for hours because no games in NA server. Right now I am waiting for game in SOLO for one hour and still nothing. Squad games are ok (crown rank), waiting just couple sec or minutes, I can play anytime. I haven't play solo for 3 days now because I can't get a match at all. Waiting hours and hours, doesn't matter what time is it in Canada, I tried around noon, afternoon, night late night, same result NO GAME. I restarted the game many times, I  cleared cache for the game too, nothing works. Tried random, desert map or the erangel, no game at all. same result all the time. :(((

My only explanation is that there is no game when u reach higher rank or i don't know. I don't have problem when i switch to europe server or something else where I am bronze and I don't play there. but in NA it is IMPOSSIBLE play SOLO

So I would like to know if there is someone who is Platinum I or higher rank and play SOLO game In North America. How long do you wait for the game or do you have same problem like me ?

Same problem here not finding any solo matches after reaching platinum 2 level got any solution for these problem!!! Plss help!!

I've had the same problem since reaching diamond tier.  Seems like I'm finding games more in the afternoon, though.  Just add more bots, I don't care. I just want to level up.
