For user having antivirus:

Just go to your antivirus settings and disable all securities and open the Tencent Buddy Application

Hope it will work

For people not using antivirus:

Disable your windows defender and the Firewall and then open the Tencent Buddy Application

Just download Ccleaner and fix its registry and disable your antivirus and try!!
