Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:
Play a key project role that supports HR initiatives by leading the reporting work stream.
Lead the team providing business analysis and support for HR business lines or other external client groups.
Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks and milestones as well as resource assignments and progress.
Act as the lead liaison with functional team to propose changes and design reporting solutions to meet business needs. This includes developing functional requirements for reporting. Coordinate reporting aspects of information needs for business lines to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM required, familiarity with the North American Payroll and Time and Labor modules
10+ years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more HR functions. 3+ years experience managing and leading teams that support HR applications
Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, PeopleSoft query or other reporting tools
Experience managing a structured project management and systems development methodology required (SDLC).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Data mapping and conversion skills; Quality assurance and testing skills, business and IT process reengineering skills; Program/project management and implementation planning (PMO) skills
Must have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
