Our Goodbye to you in DynaMAXX....

Dear Team,
This message comes to you with so much peace and clarity
that we give all of you our goodbye in DynaMAXX today. This has been a decision
that we have weighed heavily on the past few weeks. This morning, we resigned
as District Vice Presidents and Independent Associates in DynaMAXX.
After almost 5 loyal years of commitment and giving
DynaMAXX our entire heart and soul, with all of the recent changes, the company
no longer represents who we are anymore.
We loved you as business partners, but we loved you guys
first and foremost as friends, individuals and people! You were and are our
friends, you were and are our family. We know this news may be hard for you to
understand but we genuinely hope that you understand our leaving! We simply had
to do what's right in our heart.
Given our farewell and resignation to all of you as
business partners and friends on this page, of course, we hope our friendship
does remain! If not, we understand. Each of you were one of the biggest reasons
we have stayed here and have believed in this company for going on almost 5
years!!! Change is a beautiful thing...but sometimes when the change doesn't
represent your beliefs, your values...you must let go of what was and find your
passion, find your heart and find your vision again! Please also understand
there is no easy way to do this on closing one chapter and starting a new one.
Are we going to another company? Absolutely we are as we
love this industry with all our hearts. This industry retired my husband as
well as me, gave us a family and has allowed us to live more dreams than we
could have ever imagined. Just because we are leaving, please don’t stop
believing in your DynaMAXX. We love DynaMAXX but Chris and I want more fun, we
want more excitement and we want a company that everyone can do whether you are
a product driven person or business building. Are we leaving a lot,
absolutely...but after 5 years of loyalty, commitment, and dedication, we walk
away with our heads held high thankful for the past in closing this beautiful
chapter of DynaMAXX and more excited than ever for our new direction and the
future.
PLEASE stay in DynaMAXX if you are happy. We don’t want
to hurt you or DynaMAXX in anyway. DynaMAXX has an awesome product and a great
opportunity. We are forever grateful for what DynaMAXX has done for us these
last 5 years and have a million and one wonderful things to say about DynaMAXX
as well as Bill and Jay. They and DynaMAXX will ALWAYS have a piece of our
hearts!
Even though we leave, nothing changes…we truly believe in
you and who you are. Rock your DynaMAXX dreams!!! Chris and I are your #1
fans!!! We are your biggest cheerleaders and will be cheering you on from the
sidelines as we move on! This is not a goodbye...this is simply a hello to a
new chapter and life!!! You will be great without us!!!
May the wind always be at your back and the sunshine on your face…
