Hello all. We are going to be riding at Knobby Ridge in a couple of
weeks. I have never been there. Can anyone tell me what the trail
fees are? I tried to find in on the website, but it just says to
deposit the "appropriate fee" into the box. I am interested in the
daily and annual to know what is a better deal. Thanks much!

I called the forestry dept a minute ago.
As of July 17, 2009 the fees are:

Daily adult $8
Daily kids under 12 -FREE

Yearly adult $40
Yearly family $80

You are welcome to camp there also, and it was less than $10 a night
as i recall.
Let everyone know what dates you will be there. You might be joined by
a few other riders:)

Thanks for the info, Paul! We are going out there on July 30th - Aug
1st. I can't guarantee what day / time we will be at the trails, but
I am hoping to get some riding on both Friday and Saturday. It is a
large annual family camping trip and it was our turn to plan this
year...so, somehow we managed to be close to the dirt bike trails :)
(we are camping at Rock Dam). If anyone else is going out that
weekend, we hope to see you there. We have a little one that rides,
too, so we may spend some time on the kiddie trails!

I have run the ATV trails near there way back 23 years ago. Just so
everyone knows, in Clark county the ATV trails are off limits to
dirtbikes, but open to street legal dual sport bikes. The motorcycle
trails at Knobby Ridge are only open to dirtbikes/dual sports and
CLOSED to any ATV traffic.
From Rock Dam you must trailer your dirtbikes south to access the
motorcycle trails (called Knobby Ridge).
Although fairly tight, and often rutted, there are some nice loops at
Knobby Ridge.
