Please post a message if you are, and tell us when and what day. I'm
not sure if we are heading there after work Saturday or running back
up there on Sunday.
I'm posting some pictures right now so you can all see what some of
the trails look like:)

We might be, but I am not sure. I just bought my kid an XR100 and
need to teach him how to work the clutch. It doesn't look like the
parking is real close to the trails, which would make it tough to get
the bike over to the trails from the parking if he can't ride the bike
yet! We may just go to your sister store and ride the track there to
get used to the clutch...but I really want to see the trails in
Kewaunee eventually!

The trails actually go right into the parking lot and out the other
end. This is a PERFECT place to teach clutch use! The fields that are
next to the parking lot are flat and perfect for teaching that. You
can ride around the trails which are not in the woods for hours and
hours if you like. Call me if you are interested because (unlike
Dyracuse) your son or daughter would love the hard clay trails when
learning on the new bike.

Looking forward to the pictures! We are trying to make time Sunday to
get the kids somewhere... we will start talking about it! Thanks for
letting us know you are going again.
PS - Jacob loves his "blue 50"!

That sounds good then. I will have to double check my wife's
schedule. We might all come up and ride. My little girl (7) just
inherited her brother's original 50 and got it all "pinked out" and
got her a pink helmet, so I am sure she would love to come up and ride
the flat fields for some practice. If I need to call you, call you at
the store I assume? I will need to know exactly where the best place
to park is for us. Thanks for your help!

We are still discussing if we'll ride Sat afternoon or Sunday. My
wifes work schedule is a bit crazy right now.
There is only one parking lot so you cant get lost. Its at the end of
a "dead end" road going to the recycling center and landfill.
I'll be here briefly this morning at the store 920-983-8326 or you can
call my cell phone 920-420-8435. Unless i am riding my streetbike i
will be able to answer it.

We are going on Sunday around 9-10am. We'll ride for most of the day.
I'll have a red Ford truck with a dark grey 12 ft enclosed trailer if
anyone can make it. Happy riding!!

GreenStar,

How did your kids enjoy riding on Sunday? Are they excited about
riding on "real trails"??
It was nice weather and we really had fun. I finally got to ride with
Bob, Wendy, and family...and that was nice also!!

The kids absolutely loved it (of course, dad may have had fun, too)!
Brianna got a lot of riding in on her little pink 50, and Lucas got to
learn how to ride the XR100 with the clutch and made a few laps. I
almost took a digger in the mud pit, but caught myself and only soaked
my shoes. Just as we were packing up, someone from the parks
department (I assume that's where he was from) came by to see how easy
it was to get the stickers and make sure there were no problems
there. He seemed very pleased to see the bikes on the trails and he
was a real friendly man. Everyone we came across on the trails was
very polite and seemed patient with our amateur status as we tried to
make room for them.

So, all in all, very positive experience, and excellent riding! If
anyone is considering heading up, it is worth the $25 fee per bike,
because we will definitely be there many more times.

Oh, the only negative was that we couldn't find the "kiddie trail"
that was on the map. We found the intense use trail and the shelter
that was out there, but it appears the kiddie trail is a bit over
grown and non-existent.
