The Riverview ATV Park just west of Kewaunee will be open (as a one
year test program) to offroad motorcycles.
I am will be meeting with the county parks director to discuss
specific concerns about mixed traffic with ATVs but they are excited
about having us added and the rules are very simple and fair. You must
have a forestry approved spark arrestor and be able to pass a 96 dB
sound test. Stickers can be purchased at local businesses very soon
and you can get them now at the Parks Dept in Kewaunee.

$25 per cycle will get you in for the year. They open May 9th and stay
open all summer 8am - dusk. There are 20 miles of trails, a moto type
play area, and a kids track. The park has bathrooms, a covered
pavilion, and a picnic area next to a large pond.
It is a very hilly area and they have a "hill climb" area for us to
play in. It is not sandy and is perfect for kids to ride there.

The park is 30 miles from Green Bay, just north of hwy 29 and only 3
miles from Kewaunee. There is a campground just a mile or two away:)
Please be extra careful and respectful when using the park and
hopefully we will be allowed to ride there in the future. This also
could give us a great model for future riding areas in the Fox Valley
area!!
We plan on being there the weekend they open, to ride the trails and
rate the park for future trips. They are scheduled to open May 9th
weather permitting.
