Food in Trade Paper

Everyone,

 

Here is the attached paper.  I made minimal edits for content.  There are a few comments in there.  Also, please when adding in Barry's final comments/edits, PLEASE PLEASE add them to this paper.  I did a lot of formatting work, especially really tedious stuff in the footnotes (like adding tons of periods & spacing stuff) that I would prefer not to do again.  Overall it looks great and reads very well in my opinion.  It is missing the final conclusion, so that will need to be added.
