Sports Physicals

Hello friends -

 

The information highway is alive and well.  One of our parents has just let me know that sports physicals will be held:

 

5/10  at Lafayette from 5-7

5/22 at Dunbar from 4-6

 

Please download the form at www.khsaa.org  and send it along with your daughter.  A parent must sign it or your daughter will not be able to have the physical.  The cost is $15 - a bargain, for sure. 

 

Go early - the lines are long!
