How to reboot phone if turns off?

I'm making an alarm and in the process of figuring out how to prevent turning it off until the conditions are met, and I want to reboot the phone if it's turned off (via any type of shutdown, normal, power button held shutoff especially, etc.). It also doesn't matter if the phone stays locked after the reboot as long as Tasker will still work in the background.

If the phone is turned off then Tasker is not running, so it won't be able to turn it on again, sorry!
