Join Group Request

I have requested to join the Tasker google group in order to discuss an issue I'm having with killing apps. When might I expect to receive a response to my request?

Hi, similarly confused except I thought I HAD joined (on 19th April).... and I sent an email/posted a question earlier (re can't play video codec not supported) but I don't see it now. And I can see under the 'Recent Groups' tab on the left: 'your join request is awaiting approval'?

Wondering if I have done something wrong... or perhaps approval takes a while?

Can someone tell me if I've been added too? At the top of the main list, I still see the button, "Join request sent", with the tooltip, "You'll get an email when you're added to the group", even though I can see my message posted to the list. It's been a few days, but no-one's answered, even though I think part of the question should be very easy.
