Http request (Get)

I seem to have some difficulties using the http request (Get) correctly. I have a Google sheet which is public that I want to append a row to by calling https://script.google.com/macros/s/

(with my key and the parameters of course)

But it seems like nothing is happening on the sheet end. Do I need to enter headers, right now I have left it blank.
