Why can tasker see Snapchat notifications but not IFTTT?

Just curious what causes this. Not looking for a plugin like notification listener or anything.
If I get a snap, tasker sees it.
If I get an IFTTT notification, tasker doesn't see it.
Tasker has notification access, so that is not the issue.
%NTITLE still displays Snapchat's notification info despite the notification being gone and the only one existing is IFTTT (i made a simple "if plugged in, send notification" recipe on IFTTT to test).

It's just an uninteresting technical thing depending on how the
notification is setup.

p.s. AutoNotification plugin probably has no problem since it's using a newer API.
