By the way I forget to mention new shortcuts:
· ctrl+arrow right – to convert note to Group… (if item has no children items yet new item will be added also)
· ctrl+arrow left – to convert note to Note…
· ctrl+arrow up – to convert note to Task…
· ctrl+arrow down – to convert note to Comment…
HTML output altered also…. Better CSS support…..
In next version I will add more options to support language choosing, doctype, the default width of the table, etc…
New in TaoNotes in brief:
1) New mechanism for fast entering/editing notes
Pressing on Escape (if outline has focus) will open Rapid Entry Panel…. So you can edit note here….. then
Or 1) press escape to go back to outine
Or
2) Press Enter to enter new note below….. (if you need break the line use shift-enter)…
This way you can edit notes by keyboard with minimal efforts…
or you can enter your ideas/notes as a single flow…. -> add new note….. enter text…. Press RETURN key in edit mode…. Enter text… and so on…
3) Auto-preview of each item (with sub-items) in the details panel
It’s working on selecting new item in outline (item focus changing)… for items that have less than 100 subitems…. If > -> performance will degrade….
4) The speed of gathering samples is increased
I remover NO CONTEXT group…. So it gathers samples for tags much faster!…
5) Auto-detecting email address on pasting
If you have mailto:***** link in the clipboard and insert it in the outline by Win+F5(6)…. It will be assigned EMAIL type for this item…
6) New simplified toolbar
We removed buttons that are used relatively rare… so it much easier to orient in this “light-weight” toolbar…
7) Updated icons
We back to “a-la-folder” icon for Group type, + many other icons and HTML graphics are adjusted/replaced….

And many bugs were fixed (believe me, there were a lot of them!!! :O) )….
But one still there …. The prioritization (calculating weight for item) in the main outline and for The samples gives a little bit different meanings…. I will alter this issue soon too…
