had many wonderful days at mullins beach bar.  lived barbados 1971-75, half moon forte, snug haven, shemans, st. peter.  many wonderful memories, many great friends.   prior to leaving there, 1975, similar condition with sea occurred.  friend had just moved to barbados, had small sailboat in anchor at mullins.  lost it, smashed on beach.  sea did not get this rough.  if anyone could contact a mr. geroge gilkes, or family member, at that time "co-owner" of beach bar, please have them contact jack_...@yahoo.com.  hope the seas are back to calm.   can not seem to find a place to have flying fish, peas and rice, pork cutter, or a roti.  is a place called mike's still in speightstown?

Mike's is no longer in business. The hip place in Speightstown now is
the old "Fisherman's Pub" next to the fish market.
