This is great news.  See also press release, next.  Of particular importance is (1) they have their own funding in house, (2) their first goal is to finish the “white Elephant” village condo/retail buildings by the start of the 2019/2020 ski season and (3), the Idaho State Lands Commission has transferred the ski hill land lease (closely guarded Idaho timber property) to the new owners – a testament to the new owner’s financial soundness..

Once the sale closes on Nov. 30, the owners have announced their plan to invest in completing the permanent Village Plaza and in expanding resort amenities to improve your Tamarack experience. Some of the exciting enhancements include new retail stores, restaurants, lodging and recreation.   Be assured that these changes and improvements won’t disrupt your existing plans.
