I have contacted by homeowners who have requested I keep them posted on Resort developments as I understand them. Being 1,700 miles away, I'll do my best. However, please know that the TMA leadership has become distant and does not address my questions or respond to me in any way.
Below is a list I just issued regarding the Tamarack Lodging notice which is now being circulated.

Respectfully, the information in this newsletter may be a little disingenuous. The TMA does not see the funds generated. In fact, the subordinate For Profit companies collect the funds and pass any losses over to the TMA, in turn the homeowners. This is a clear corporate veil situation. Has a complete dollar cost analysis been conducted against revenues to ensure basic costs are being met? Labor, burden labor, unemployment, workers compensation, and other benefits? If not, this should be out sourced to avoid a top heavy labor pool and lost revenues. It is not in the best interest of other homeowners to cover losses generated for select homeowners to gain compensation. Also, other information in this letter may be considered a conflict of interest, misleading, and / or incorrect.
