Hello Tam Homeowners,

Hope you are all doing well!

As in a few years prior, Zip Tamarack finds itself in need of housing for zip guides. The 2016 season looks to be similar. We have some great talent we can bring into the resort, but no housing that is available from May 20 - Sept 10. These are somewhat odds dates. Further, folks can earn more money if your home is in the rental pool.

What we can offer is some steady income to help offset some carting costs for those who don't have their home in the rental pool, or would just like to lock up something got the full season with Zip Tamarack backing the rent for security.

So if you have a home or know someone who is looking for some additional revenues, please forward my contact information.

We hope to have something secured by mid April so we can make staff commitments.

Our budget range is $600 / month for a 2 bedroom or $800/ month for a 3 bedroom.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards,
Steve Gustafson

Dear Homeowners,

We are looking to have an exciting year this summer at the zip lines! Dates are already pre-booking as families prepare their visits.

As a result of the increased traffic, we are going to add on some extra staff to handle the demand.

We've already secured a 2 bedroom unit from a homeowner and we are grateful.

However, we still need to locate another 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse, or even a 1 bedroom for a rent from May - Sept 10.

If you are open to the idea, more information is below in my original post.

Thank you for your consideration.

Regards,

PS - It has been brought to my attention that many homes could be rented out the entire summer, yet for the Huckleberry Festival weekend. I believe we could work around this as I could load up our 4 staff all in my townhome for that one weekend.
We can move out, clean the units, allow the rentals so you make the funds, and then move back in after the event. My staff can handle close quarters for 3-5 days at this time.

We use Valet Vacation Rentals and are in the process of getting in touch with him them.  We are interested  in renting our cottage for your zip line purpose.

We will be back in touch with you.  Let me know if you still need a rental.
Thank you,

Hi Toni,

My back is against the wall.  I'm willing to increase my price as well to close the deal.

What's your best price to make this happen?

Dear Fellow Homeowners,

Appears many of the units are renting out.  Which is great!

However, my back is against the wall and I was trying very hard to avoid a pricing war against rentals, but I need what I need.

I am now offering $1,600 a month, $500 security deposit, plus utilities (electric and water).

If you have a 2 bd home you would consider renting out, please let me know. I'm willing to prepay the entire summer up front, removing any risk that you may or may not rent your unit or have to pay a commission to someone else.

Please let me know.

Steve
