RUSA's new Rouleur Award....pronounced Ruler ;=)

Happy Sunday morning LSR’s, 

Super Fun ride yesterday, thanks to all that showed up, and to Stephen for Hosting. 

We welcome Andrew (far right in photo), joining us for his first RUSA organized ride, what a great addition, and he’s already got a 1,200 km picked out for next year. 

The route Choice Vickie’s “Whiskey River” 145 km was picked to further our groups goal to have as many LSR’s as possible earn the new RUSA Rouleur Award, working together as a club to…... increasing camaraderie, rebuild our club post covid, bring in new members and re-engage old members, by have a common goal to work together towards. 

RUSA is currently working on patch for this Award, but in the mean time, because Rouleur is actually pronounced “Ruler” in Texacan….. we confirmed our commitment to earn this Award with our own trinkets, and celebrate the new RUSA Ruler Award ;=)

Take the time to check your RUSA Results and see which rides if any you will need to wrap up this Award prior to the end of this year, the more the merrier…….
