Really hope to have everyone that thinks there’’s a chance that they can complete a 200 km, shows up for this one. 

This is a nice route, and one of our easier ones…

Regardless of your preferred pace, there will likely be someone to ride with, although they may be behind you ;=)….. 

You have 13.5 Hours to be an official finisher… 

There are lots of stores to stop at along the way…. but bring your camelbak. 

This ride will be out of my Shack. 

Pam will be our Hostess with the Mostess, she’ll be posting more details soon.

It's Time to Celebrate Our Sport   Did you know that we have a centenary coming up soon ?  Yes, September 11, 2021 is the centenary of the very first 200k run by Audax Club Parisien.  To celebrate, ACP affiliated clubs worldwide are riding 200ks on that day. ACP has issued a new medal, available to ACP 200k Brevet finishers on that day. Collect the series!  June 2022 will be the centenary of the first 300k and we expect that there will be more.  Our historian, Bill Bryant, wrote an article about the centenary for American Randonneur  that you can read that you can read in Volume 23, Issue 4.  It’s also referenced in our new e-publication that you can read HERE.  Do you want to help celebrate?  We’ll make it a bit easier. Anyone joining RUSA in September will have their membership extended through 2022!   We hope to see you on the road. LSR”s a point that I did not make…. If you know anyone that’s thinking about joining RUSA, September 1st is a really good time to do it, you’ll get the rest of this year free (4 months worth, and an American Randonneur Magizine),  then all of next year…..for your paid membership….
