Amendment XIII
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a
punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,
shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their
jurisdiction.

This supersedes all laws made by congress.... involuntary servitude is
banned in the United States "except as a punishment for crime whereof
the party shall have been duly convicted" which means that taking more
than a small percentage of our *work/labor* as a tax because it's
necessary for the Government to function is actually forcing us into
involuntary servitude and is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

The POWER TO TAX is NOT A POWER TO MAKE US INTO SLAVES OR SENTENCE NON
CRIMINAL to INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE. Be that for the Local or State or
Federal Governments excesses or their social programs.

Social Programs do NOT retain more priority than to NOT sell innocent
Americans into involuntary servitude.

Democrats are intent on making us slaves to them or the Government or
both. They really do try hard to find a way to make Americans into
slaves... Obama tried with his Marxist ObamaCare which was *FRACTIONAL*
*SLAVERY* where two groups were create by the Government, one was
slaves the other was the slave owners and each involved was part owner
of the slave group who's labor was being stolen and that violated the
13th Amendment.
