My name is K.C. Alvey and I am the student intern for Cornell's Dept. of Energy & Sustainability. I have also been helping coordinate the Take Back the Tap initiative with Cornell Dining. Therese and I were discussing the idea of tabling with Take Back the Tap at the North Campus Block Party. We have volunteers who would be able to help set up our display board and materials before 5:30PM and stay until the end of the event at 8:00PM.
Please let me know about table arrangements for this event.

Hi All,
I would like to update the Block Party committee with the following information:
-I have spoke with both Chris Edwards & Bill Baldwin. We are all in an agreement to set-up stage and WVBR out on the Donlon Circle lawn like last year. Chris’ team will help set-up the stage on Donlon Circle.
-WVBR has agreed to participate in the Block Party. WVBR will provide a DJ at no cost. WVBR believes that they have a concert speaker system that they can use for the Block Party. If they cannot provide their own speakers, they hope to work with Cornell Productions.
-Hits 103 FM has agreed to participate in the Block Party.
-Class Notes acappella group has agreed to perform 3 songs.
-Community Center Programs-CCP will use two tables in front of RPCC to set-up arts & crafts activities. For our CCP staff, we will need 20 Block Party t-shirts.
-CCP has worked with CUPD in order to have CUPD conduct their safety programs, in front of RPCC, like last year.
Last year, I believe that we had the Cornell Pep Band perform. I don’t know who contacted them, but they were fun. In addition, we had students stroll from the MGLC. This performance was a big hit last year, I hope that we are able to do this again.
