new coolers for dept offices/maybe Dining

I found some information for departments to switch from bottled water jugs to filtered water units in their offices.  Its a pdf breaking down all the tradeoffs and price issues, and was put together by NYU Sustainability people.  It looks like there are definitely some inexpensive, good options that serve the hot/cold function as well.  Here is the link for evryone to check out, it should be helpful for working with Facilities and perhaps Cornell Dining.
