TBTT Meeting

1. Skorton: set up a meeting with him, set up date for high-visibility Tap Water Challenge (end of September??); compile petitions and update contact list; ensure Cornell Chronicle and Daily Sun are contacted for event
2. E-mail Therese about

1. Making our TBTT logo official
2. Attaching fact sheets to bottles
3. Follow up with marketing materials; for posters (buying and refilling bottles), table tents
4. Potentially print more with Sustainability Office, once we get materials; laminate if necessary

3. Contact Orly Halpern about making TBTT an organization

1. Orly could serve as our advisor, and has a budget from Repair the World
2. Need to get copy of by-laws from Christina, Whitney
3. Look up SAO registration requirements
4. Contact Joe Scaffido: give away bottles for other large scale event?  (not Slope Day), ensure that compostable cups with water coolers are available on Slope; discuss options with Student Activities Office

4. Orientation Events:

1. Block Party- K.C., Kristen L.
2. Explore Green Ithaca- K.C., Jing, Sherry
3. Sustainability at Cornell presentation- K.C.
4. No Impact Man; K.C.- Sustainability at Cornell; Kristen Loria- student initiatives

5. Clubfest:

1. Recruit new members at Clubfest
2. Need to have a solid base of volunteers to run more frequent Tap Water Challenges
3. Edit Corporate Accountability Tap Water Challenge guide for Cornell; brief talking points
4. Reach out to people who have signed TBTT pledge about upcoming events
5. Send out e-mail about setting up weekly meeting and ask about times

2. Potential to change domain to www.takebackthetapatcornell.com
3. Send Erin link to form for pledge
4. Have Erin give us access to Wordpress site
5. Finish transferring info
6. Use “Announcements” page for upcoming events, then store as past events

11. Potentially meet next Thurs. 8/26 at 5:30PM, but we’ll confirm whether SNRC meeting time overlaps; maybe Mann Lobby?
