Hello Northern Ohio Homeschoolers!

My name is Jerome Warburton and I manage the Tandy Leather Store in Cleveland Ohio, and I have a free opportunity for your educational efforts I’d like to present.

 

At Tandy we have been developing “Educational Theme Buckets” complete with lesson plans! 

 

Students learn about the theme while creating a useful and decorative leather projects. Lessons include history and new vocabulary words. Creativity, math and dexterity skills will be exercised to design and personalize color and then assemble projects.

 

To introduce our theme buckets we are hosting a “Camp Tandy” event. Hosted at our stores, we will give the morning class to the first 12 kids we sign up on the dates listed below centered on the lesson plan provided. This summer, your child could make a Journal, Koozie, Pouch, Barrette, Fob, Turtle Pouch, Braided Wristband, Mouse Pad and Cell Phone Case and have a blast doing it all.

At Camp Tandy, kids learn how to do cool stuff on leather and discover their hidden talents along the way.

Camp Tandy will occur at all Tandy Leather Factory locations, and each free workshop lasts three hours.

You can sign up for as many three-hour workshops as you like.

But space is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so do it soon.

All 36 educational theme buckets come with everything to finish up to 3 projects per child – all that is needed is an instructor and a group.
