Bahtzang Bahtzang!

That's right Taiwanese comfort food (drum roll...) rice dumplings 肉
粽! What's better than having yummy bahtzang together? Of course,
making bahtzang together!

Hmmm... you can now do both (have your bahtzang and eat it :) TAP-
SF is hosting a bahtzang-making lunch event on Saturday October 24th,
with experienced cooks demonstrating how. Yes, they are delicious and
they are fun to make! You'll get to hear about the origin of this
tasty treat, and you don't have to wait till the next dragon boat
festival to have them.

Time: 10:30 am - 2 pm
Date: Saturday, October 24th
Cost: $5 per person (to cover ingredients)
Location: East Bay Taiwanese Church, San Leandro
Limit: 30 persons

* We might also make the red bean-paste variant 甜粽 for dessert, and
paper bahtzang and other origami objects for fun.
** Facilities are limited and so we'll only take the first 30 people
who sign up. More information will be sent out later to those who
RSVP.
