How many would show up for a Thursday (July 8) evening gig?
Helpers arrive by 3pm, shoot from 6pm to 8 or 9 depending on light ...

Stand by folks, I'm having some issues with the booking. I'll let you
know by Weds July 7 if it get sorted out or not ... keep your fingers

OK guys, here is the news: the event is cancelled.
The match director of the upcoming National IPSC event has arbitrarily
decided to cancel this event. This in spite of the fact that there
were pads available to run the event and it interefered in no way with
the Nationals, scheduled to run at the end of July.
