First I hope everyone's year is off to a great start. I received a
message from Dr. Jim Polzin, he is a partner at Tech Learn Solutions
and is offering a Tablet workshop in Highland Park. Below is the
information on the conference that he sent to me. I sent him the
names of our participants in order to facilitate you all receiving
information on the workshops as well.
On that note, at our meeting in the spring, we discussed the
possibility of meeting again this year. Is anyone still interested in
doing that? I will be happy to coordinate another meeting if that is
the decision of the group. Perhaps we can also have a meeting at the
ICE conference in February. Let me know what you would prefer.

Learn Tech Solutions is running a "Tablet PC Classroom Activities
Advanced Workshop" on Nov 6th at Highland Park HS and Nov 16th at Mt
Assisi Academy in Lemont. You and your tablet share group may be
interested in attending. I would like to send a flyer to each of your
share group members. Can you give me the group's contact list?
We are also running a "Tablets and Mathematics Teachers Workshop"
in December. I will share that information with the group also.
If you would like me to attend one of your meetings, please give
me your meeting dates.
