以下是LEGO公司的規定：
1. 個人要先報名參加（系統會回信給你，一定要按「確認」（confirm）才算數

2.截止時間是2016年12月1日（當地時間，我還沒換算成台灣時間，所以建議最好11/30前就先報名）
這只是先跟樂高公司登記你要參加LUGBULK，此外TWLUG會設定一些基本門檻。
今年的LUGBULK到這個月才收到（還沒分類），有意參加的人請參酌。
All RLUG/RLFM members are to sign up individually.
Please note that signup is final and once the confirmation email has been confirmed they are registered to participate with the RLUG/RLFM they choose in the list.
In order for you to keep track of who signed up from your RLUG/RLFM we suggest asking your members to forward their confirmation e-mails to you for reference.
Note that once they/you sign up an e-mail is send to them/you, which you have to click a "confirmation link" in, if they/you do not do that, then participation is not confirmed and not registered.

(While we encourage your members to login as soon as possible, please note that the link is currently locked but should open in a day or so from the announcement)
Joining another RLUG/RLFM in joint ordering:
In case you expect not to be able to meet the minimum order requirements, we offer the opportunity to order with one or more other participating RLUGs/RLFMs.
This has to be agreed prior to signing up and you can find a "partner" in this topic.
This has been very successful the past couple of years, especially for the smaller RLUGs/RLFMs.

Element list
In the beginning of December an element list (excel spreadsheet) will be made available.
It holds all the elements available for LUGBULK 2017 as well as the cost of those. This spreadsheet can be shared with the participating members as long as the confidentiality of it is kept in mind. It is not to be shared with the general public.
Billing
The LUGBULK order will be billed as it is approved by the warehouse, this means you may get billed pre delivery, so please make sure you are prepared for this.
In case part of your order is cancelled due to lack of availability, we will let you know so you can collect the correct amount of money to pay for the order.
Billing will be done to the RLUG/RLFM billing address which we will be updating during December through a survey as last year, this will be announced through another topic at than time.
Timeline 2017:
Now to December 1st - RLUG/RLFM sign up and individual sign up
December 1st-ish - the spreadsheet with available elements is provided to the ambassadors and can be shared with participating members
December 15th - all ambassadors have been granted access to the online ordering program
February 1st - all orders are placed and access to order is terminated
October 31st - all orders are shipped out of Billund
+6 weeks - all orders have arrived at RLUGs/RLFMs
