I'll be picking up the IPA from the LCB tomorrow (Friday). They have
one Jockey Box reserved for us. Do we need 2?

No, we need one box with two taps, and the CO2 setup that comes with it. Please also pick up an IPA tap handle, and one of their small IPA signs to fit in front of the jockey box.

Ditto the MRBC tap handle and small sign (Ingrid?).

If possible, keep the keg cold until it gets to the hall.

Hi Mike,
So we decided tonight to still do the two bars, at least for earlier
in the night. ONe is the portable one inside the hall, closer to the
stage, and then one at the built-in counter. We can just roll the
porta-bar back by the other counter later, during the dance.

So, I guess that means that we still need the LCB box with 2 taps, and
then the same set-up from MRB, right? Or would it to be easier to have
one flavor beer at each serving place?

Or...if that's too much of a hassle maybe we can just have beer at one
spot and wine at both?

This does sound complicated, but I hope it doesn't work out that way.

On top of all this, we are now doing the bicycle blender with mixed
Soju drinks and fruit. It'll be in the main hall during the dinner
time, then I guess it'll be pushed into the kitchen area.

I have to admit, now that we are doing that (it developed in the last
24hrs) the two bars sound like a bit much. But we don't think staffing
them is going to be a problem. -N

Sorry, I passed this by because you said "Mike" and we had established me as "Michael."

Right, 2 cold boxes if pouring from 2 spots.

But I think it is a bit much to have two pouring spots. But whatever you guys want to do, I will work to make it happen.

Y'all might already be there, but I wanted to clarify that Public Health will be there, and are bringing a sign for their bike, and will not approve of mixed drinks... we can do the blended fruit drinks, and then have folks buy/add alcohol if they choose, but public health won't go for mixing them in the blender.

I have to go get a bunch of display stuff put together at the office and will be there more like 4pm now.
