Event Meeting

Shall we do an Event meeting at the LCB on Thursday at 6PM and cancel
the Board meeting?

I would be there either way, but I think we should focus on the event.
Beer wouldn't be a bad idea either!

I know we'll be doing a full update tomorrow night, but I just wanted
you to know that the HC Public Health Dept will be loaning/delivering
a bicycle with a blender device attached for our event. Folks can
blend frozen fruit and juice delights during the dinner hours. Maybe
later too, in the kitchen part of the hall, if it's supervised.

Sounds like fun! And that way I'll finally be able to make one of these, and I can get all signed up for wherever I'm needed on Saturday!

One thing the board may need to chat about is insurance stuff, but we're chugging on it and could just give a quick update and get some input.

Yea... there's something to that. What was that that the Jambalaya was serving before they got their hard license. Harder than wine.. .softer than the sacred tequila. Classified as wine. That would be a blast!!! I think Arcata Theatre LOunge was serving that  too.

And yes, I'm really excited about Sat. And I'm glad you can come to this meeting, Jen!

The only other question I have about the blender is, if we're blending with ice, where it will be located... it might be kinda loud. Maybe we have something on hand to toss over it to dampen the noise... or maybe it won't compete with the band.

I dig that it's also called dangmii in Korean. The dang me drink.
