Question for TSCM Experts

Any idea what this number is used for or what kind of system it is? Is this part of some wiretapping system? 818-396-7281. Probably best to call it from a blocked number to be safe.

Probably , Or maybe some sort of Remote monitoring system , i installed something like that a few years ago , a CEO wanted to know what did his wife talked when he wasn't at home , you could call to that line and it will turn the line into a one way party line if it was in use , or if the line was on hook , it will auto answer and let you listen the room audio .. clever design , it was an italian made box ..
