Make A Wish- October

"October Birthday Celebrations" –A joyous birthday celebration at DD on Sunday -10th October. Our Team reached around 10:15 AM.

Team conducted Singing competition prior to cake cutting. The kids were more relaxed as school was on vacation for Dasara/Navarathri and everybody actively participated in the competition. The event went along smoothly and volunteers from GE who were visiting DD and training the kids in Communication skills also joined us in the birthday celebrations.

To encourage and develop the creativity, motor and interpersonal skills among the kids, TI introduced project- “Poster Art with USEFUL WASTE”. Team gave a demo to the kids with the help of a Model Poster that made out of some domestic waste. This assignment is given monthly for the kids to make posters in groups of 6 and submitting on next month's Make-A-Wish event. Hope it will be enjoyable learning experience for them.

Thanks to Soumya Vullam for sponsoring the event.
