Letting my flat for rent

Guys,

 

I am letting my flat in Pai Layout, Bangalore for rent from June. The built up area is 1425 sq. ft with 3 BHK and 3 bath. It's a ready to move in flat with all furnishings such as 3 cots, 3 beds, dining table, sofa, diwan, washing machine, water purifier, and so on available for the tenant.

 

The rent would be 20K/month. Let me know if any of your friends/colleagues are looking for rent. I can share the pics, if you want.
