aps_modis problem

Dear all,
I want to run a spectrometer correction using MODIS data and I faced the following error at MODIS(3,3) :

Error in aps_modis_InSAR (line 210)
            d_modis_no_interp(:,k) = xyz_output_nointerp(:,3);

Error in aps_modis (line 116)

    aps_modis_InSAR

My gauss, no_interpol and surf have 0 byte capacity. Can you give me a hint for this problem ? I download my data (TERRA MOD05 and AQUA MYD05 L2) from http://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/ hdf file and also .tif file (geographic reference and mosaic) from request and I do not know the format and downloaded on the website OSCAR system looks. Please give me a hint as soon as possible.
